FBS is a strong supporter of the NAR's Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) process, and the flexmls Web system is certified as a RETS 1.0 - 1.5 - 1.7 compliant server. The flexmls RETS server enhances the ability for the MLS to deliver the MLS data securely to approved third party systems, offices, and agents for use in other software applications.
