flexmls^tm PC Distributed MLS Software

FBS Data Systems enhances it’s flexmls^TM Web system with flexmls PC. Our PC system extends the power of flexmls Web to your desktop - even when you’re not connected to the Internet. This gives you distributed access to listing information to help you meet your customer’s needs and do more business, faster.

Dashboard
flexmls PC presents the same “dashboard” navigation style as flexmls Web, with your Listings, Contacts and Saved Searches displayed prominently on the main screen. Each of these snapshot panes provide quick links to go directly to the listings, contacts or saved search you want.

Download
Download all or part of the MLS database and photos to your PC so you can access them off-line. You can schedule the download to occur automatically, even in the middle of the night if you like.

Upload
Add listings off-line and then upload them to flexmls Web in a complete batch. All the listings will be validated by the flexmls Web system, and you’ll receive a detailed report of the uploaded listings.

flexmls PC also allows you to save a partial listing and finish it later. Only completed listings will be uploaded, so your information will always be accurate.

Quick Searches
All the Quick Searches from flexmls Web are available in flexmls PC, so you will be instantly familiar with searching for listings in the manner you want.

Full Search
Just as in flexmls Web, flexmls PC allows you to search every field in the MLS system. Other third-party systems only provide limited searching, but flexmls PC gives you everything.

Search Results Views
Search results in flexmls PC are displayed in the same search result views you have set up on-line in flexmls Web. You can sort on any field in the view by clicking on the column header, and see detail reports by clicking on the listing row.

Slide Show
A special feature of flexmls PC is the ability to run a slide show with either one or four images displayed at a time. The slide show can advance automatically for open house or window displays, or manually for your review with clients.

Amortization
From the search results screen, you also can run amortization schedules to compare the payments on selected listings.

CMA
flexmls PC includes an adjustable CMA with statistics, graphs, color photos, detail sheets, and a cover page for a complete presentation.

Contact Management
flexmlsPC includes a full contact management module, including action plans, contact history, saved searches, CMA and more!

Calendar
The flexmlsPC calendar is integrated into the contact management module and gives you multiple views on your scheduled activities.
