flexmlsTM Tax

The flexmlsTM Tax module integrates directly into the flexmlsTM Web system so that you can easily search and view country property records right from the flexmlsTM system.

flexible -- The flexmlsTTM Tax system is based on the same software as flexmlsTM Web, so it also demonstrates much of the same flexibility, including the ability for each user to design their own search result "spreadsheet" views, save searches, and property "carts" just like in flexmlsTM Web. Also, the MLS also can customize the searchable fields to match members' needs.

Detail Reports -- Detail reports are available for each property, showing all the applicable data to better inform you and your clients.

Short Reports -- Shorter summary reports also are available for you to provide information on numerous properties to clients.

Maps -- Users can plot property records on street maps, and print the street maps created.

Export Data -- Users can export data for use in other programs such as Word, Excel and other office applications.

Labels -- Print mailing labels directly from the tax data based on owner's address or property address.

Bi-Directional Links -- The flexmlsTM Tax and flexmlsTM Web databases are connected with bi-directional links so you can easily pull up the tax records for your listings or view listings for specific tax records.

Data Sources -- We source the tax records directly from your County or any other source you prefer, including national public record providers such First American Real Estate Solutions and others. We also have the ability to allow the MLS to edit the tax records to promptly correct any identified inaccuracies in between updates.
