"Let me start with a brief description of who I am... I am a 25 year plus member of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS®, an association approaching 1,000 MLS Participants. I am in my 3rd year as MLS Chairman and strongly supported our selection of FBS as our Vendor (we are in our 3rd year using FlexMLS). Before FBS, every one of our MLS Vendors rated as pathetic to mediocre at best, regardless of the "sales pitch". I was elected as MLS Chairman on the strength of my recommendation of FBS' FlexMLS (our last vendor qualified for the rating of "nightmare".) While I am a full time real estate broker, I have a lot of knowledge about software development and really researched the products before making my recommendation.

We have zero complaints from Members about FlexMLS. And, it is because FlexMLS has a stable platform and a product that offers a range of use as needed... simple searches to complex searches, customer/client email communications, the whole enchilada. Beginner and power user are both well satisfied.

FBS worked with us to provide a level of access to members of adjoining associations which includes full functionality of our MLS database programs. Our "Data Sharing" program requires participation by the Designated REALTOR® but agents in those offices may elect to become participants. They pay a fee, are issued user names and passwords, are eligible for FlexMLS tech support, and are subject to our MLS Rules and Regulations. This highly successful program has been on going for two years and we now have close to 150 "Data Sharing" participants. This is not a "reciprocity" program, but a unilateral offer of MLS access made by our association. Two of our 6 adjoining associations are also FlexMLS users, and they (and we) enjoy "read only" access (no additional cost) to each others data bases directly through the FlexMLS system even though there are differences in our data fields. Virtually seamless!

The CEO, Michael Wurzer, is a "hands on" owner-manager. I find him to be responsive and fully cooperative to make certain our growing needs are satisfied. With our last MLS Vendor, I had to go through layers of "decision makers" ( I was brought in to salvage the "mess") and it would take months to get even a simple improvement. I can say without hesitation, that some suggestions we have requested of FlexMLS have been implemented with 24 hours!

Needless to say, we plan to continue with FBS and their FlexMLS software. "
