• add/change database fields
• create or change input and status change screens
• set confidentiality at the field level
• create customer report formats, and much more.

The needs of every MLS change over time. With other systems, such change often means long waits or great expense for implementation. Over time, the custom programming necessary in other systems can dramatically increase the total cost of the system. flexmls Web changes all that, putting you in control.

New features
Another major benefit of the Admin module is that our software engineers can focus on new feature development as opposed to custom programming. This allows FBS to continually upgrade the flexmls system with new features at no additional charge to you.

MLS Data Sharing
The flexmls Web data sharing module creates a bridge allowing single-entry and cross-MLS Searching. Each MLS retains complete control over their database and determines when and how neighboring MLS members are able to search and view the data.

User Admin
The Administrator has the ability to modify Member information and permissions. With multiple levels of user access, the MLS can easily control who sees what in the system.

Define Listings
Much of the power of the flexmls Web Administrative feature lies in the the Define Listings module. This module allows the MLS Administrator to define Property Types, Main Listing Fields, Details and Rooms without Programming. From this module, the Adminstrator has the ability to set up groups, add new fields, change field descriptions, edit list values, change required fields, confidentialty level, display order, and more. With all of this functionality at your fingertips, the MLS data is always just the way you want it.

Broker Data Share
The Broker Data Sharing/Internet Data Exchange Preferences once again puts control in the hands of the MLS Administrator. With one click, the MLS can turn Broker Data Sharing on or off. It also allows for complete control over which fields are displayed on all IDX websites and smart frames, as well as the disclaimer and broker identification rules.
